What do you need to start?

  • Fluent English
  • General knowledge about IT (mainly Cloud and Infrastructure)
  • Ability to cover US working hours
  • Proactive approach & willingness to learn
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst under time pressure
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Work experience with MS Excel (minimum intermediate knowledge)

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
  • Previous experience in Resource Management or PMO area
  • Work experience with R2D2 system
  • Work experience with VMS Fieldglass

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Managing RSC process for Staff Augmentation deals
  • Proactive monitoring of shared mailbox for any upcoming demands
  • Assisting with gathering data necessary to create and update resource demands
  • Proactively resolving any potential discrepancies – ensuring all parties have latest and greatest data
  • Reporting KPI’s and staffing statistics to senior management
  • Leading meetings between stakeholders from various regions to gather feedback on the progress of demand staffing
  • Driving improvements identified through analyzing historical data as well as upcoming trends
  • Strong cooperation with multiple stakeholders to ensure best results

As a Resource Manager, you will be a part of the EE Resource Management team within P&C. The role aims responsibility for Resource Management process for Staff Augmentation needs in North America
