What do you need to start?

• Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills 
• Good Knowledge in PPM and Hands on experience in PPM module 
• Should be able to provide solution in PPM related Incident quickly
• Good Knowledge and hands on in HR Service Delivery Module 
• Good Run support experience  
• Good ServiceNow ITSM Knowledge  

What duties will help you grow?

• Managing ACLs, client and server scripts, business rules 
• Handling of Incident and Standard service requests related to ServiceNow Platform & custom Application built on the platform 
• Support and troubleshooting for core SNOW applications & configuration 
• ServiceNow common capabilities (Virtual Agent, Reporting & Performance Analytic, Mobile Apps etc.) 
• Vendor Risk management, HR Service Delivery, Workplace Delivery (Facility) & SNOW custom application support
